Thiers Issard straight razors represent the finest grind and thinnest blades available. Founded in 1884 by Pierre Thiers, a skillful blacksmith known for exceptional handheld blades. The family business continued through Pierre’s wife and sons well into the 20th century, and the handmade blades are still produced in central France today.
Thiers Issard Historic 'Special Toute Barbes' Straight Razor 7/8" comes with chocolate maple wood scales, a square point nose, and a hollowed Carbon Steel blade.
The owner of Naked Armor handpicked this series on a trip to France in 2023. He was impressed by the quality and uniqueness of these blades and scales.
