Returns & Exchanges Policy

Pre-Authorization Required

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our Customer Service team before being sent back.

30-Day Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Condition of Items

  • Naked Armor products: Eligible for return if unused and in original condition.
  • Non–Naked Armor razors: Must remain unopened and sealed. Items with broken seals or opened packaging cannot be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Inspection Before Refund

All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and approved.
